A product is any unique item in your catalog — for example, a T-shirt is one product, even if it comes in multiple sizes and colors (variants). Each distinct SKU you manage in Pimly counts toward your plan's product limit.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Your data is always preserved regardless of plan changes.
Annual billing with a discount is on our roadmap. Currently all plans are billed monthly. Join the waitlist or contact us to be notified when annual plans become available.
We'll notify you before you hit your limit so you can upgrade seamlessly. We won't delete your data or lock you out — you'll just need to move to the next plan tier to continue adding new products.
